It’s been a while since the fantastic supernatural-horror-Western Syfy Channel series Wynonna Earp wrapped filming its fourth and final season filming in Calgary, Canada, after budget issues and pandemic delays. Could we have had another season? Maybe. But the next best thing is coming your way. Following series like The X-Files, Veronica Mars, and Psych, fans, known as Earpers, are getting a movie. And strangely enough the movie to wrap up the tale once and for won’t be coming from Syfy but straight to free streaming platform Tubi. It’s called Wynonna Earp: Vengeance.
The salty and cocky Western-throwback heroine Wynonna Earp (Melanie Scrofano) is back, along with the support of the immortal Doc Holliday (Tim Rozon), and the dynamic duo of Dominique Provost-Chalkey’s Waverly Earp and Katherine Barrell’s Nicole Haught. In the series finale Wa-Haught got married and Wynonna and Doc went off into the sunset, all happily ever after. So what now?
Cast members will host a panel Saturday at San Diego Comic-Con, and revealed the below teaser for the movie. Update: See the full trailer below, too!

Creator Emily Andras is of course back as executive producer. The series ran four seasons, wrapping up the story–or so we thought–back in 2021. Check out all our prior extensive coverage of the series and its great cast here at borg. Look for the movie on Tubi later this year and a definitive release date soon.
