Seven seasons of Bosch and two more seasons of Bosch: Legacy delivered the best kind of satisfying cop stories–with the biggest factor being rewatchability. A continuation of television’s police procedural tradition that is a worthy follow-up to Dragnet, Adam-12, The Rockford Files, The Closer, and Major Crimes, Michael Connelly’s LAPD detective Hieronymus “Harry” Bosch is a cool customer, who brought along a daughter and adversary that has made Bosch: Legacy a sequel as good as the original (check out our review of the show here). Bosch: Legacy is back for one final season next month, and the first trailer contains all the elements that have made it great. That includes Madison Lintz as his daughter, rising young police officer Maddie Bosch, along with Mimi Rogers as his opponent-turned-confidante, who viewers last saw running for District Attorney.

Returning cast includes Paul Calderon as Detective Jimmy Robertson, Stephen A. Chang as Jack-of-all-Trades Mo Bassi, and Denise Sanchez as Officer Vasquez. And in the trailer that’s Orla Brady (Doctor Who, Star Trek Picard, The Foreigner, Wallander), who will make an appearance as a new client.
Here’s the trailer for Season 3 of Bosch: Legacy:
