From producer J.J. Abrams, the first trailer for director David Mitchell’s new horror-adventure-survival mash-up movie The End of Oak Street reveals just enough to make you want to know more–as all good trailers do.  Starring Anne Hathaway and Ewan McGregor, the movie follows a 1980s family and a neighborhood that seems to have changed somehow.  See if you agree that the arrival of a certain Jurassic era element gives this the feel of Jumanji, and the odd goings on–and that title–seem to scream The Twilight Zone.

Where has some strange cosmic event transported this family’s neighborhood?  We’ll be waiting until its release late this summer to find out.  Until then, check out the first trailer for The End of Oak Street:
