In only six months fans of fantasy have been able to enjoy The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, then The Game of Thrones: House of the Dragon, and then Willow the series. The next fantasy is coming to theaters: Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves. We previewed the first trailer during San Diego Comic-Con last year here at borg. We’d already seen a great return of The Dark Crystal in the Age of Resistance series, but what could be next? A return of The Princess Bride or Labyrinth? A Dragonheart, Dragonslayer, Krull, or Ladyhawke sequel? How about they get on with it before Arnold Schwarzenegger can no longer sit on the big throne in King Conan, the movie? Or how about a Drizzt movie or series? We can always use more fantasy. Fantasy with comedy is a bonus.
Check out Chris Pine, Michelle Rodriguez, Hugh Grant, Sophia Lillis, Justice Smith, Daisy Head, Chloe Coleman, and Regé-Jean Page starring in Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves:
The trailer highlights some impressive fantasy imagery:
Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves is scheduled for release in theaters March 31, 2023, with a likely follow-up on Paramount+ a few weeks later.
