Comic-Con 2024–Deadpool & Wolverine saves the best trailer for last

We looked at all the best movies scheduled for release in 2024 (see them all here), and nothing seems more eagerly awaited than the third Deadpool movie–Deadpool & Wolverine–the movie that will see Hugh Jackman stretch his record for the longest running live-action superhero performer, an amazing 24-year run.  But stop now if you don’t want to see some key scenes that you may just want to wait for, courtesy of the Comic-Con trailer for the movie.

Deadpool & Wolverine is not just the third Deadpool movie.  It’s now clear that the symbiosis between Marvel, Disney, and Sony is complete, as we learn this is not the Wolverine who lived out his existence in the landmark superhero movie Logan–arguably the best superhero movie of them all–this is either Logan of a different dimension or a Logan like that of X-Men: Days of Future Past, a Logan stuck out of time.  But what is clear from this trailer is that it is somehow also a Logan sequel–something fans of Logan never thought we’d ever see.

Check out Jackman, Ryan Reynolds, and Dafne Keen’s Laura/X-23, all back again in the final trailer for Deadpool & Wolverine:

It’s finally here.  Deadpool & Wolverine arrives in theaters Friday.
